Placement is based on ability, commitment, fit, roster needs, and family goals.
Program fees are non-refundable. If a player suffers a season-ending injury, her family receives a credit toward a future season.

The best players we’ve ever coached don’t just talk about their goals or commitments. They talk about how they were coached. Who was there for them. And how they grew up while playing here.
Style didn't just give me club coaches and teammates — they gave me a family. The coaches were always there to help me through every step of the process. They helped me communicate with college coaches and find my dream school.
They never let me settle for a school I wasn't completely in love with. I wouldn't have the same opportunities if I didn't have Style on my side.
What makes Style different is the support by all of the coaches and the individual player development. My coaches kept great communication with me throughout the whole process, making sure I was prepared and at ease.
Style also brings back many former Style players to help coach, so it feels like a family — and it pushes you to reach your goals just like the previous girls did.
Style is without a doubt the place to be if you want to go play at the highest level — and be pushed to be the best player you could possibly be.
The coaches pushed me to my full potential and worked with me tirelessly through my recruiting process. I would not be where I am, nor the player I have become today, if it wasn't for Style.
How Style helped in recruiting: Style genuinely cared about me as a player and person throughout the entire recruiting process. The coaches were honest about where I stood, helped me build a realistic list of schools, and made every introduction feel intentional. They never pushed me toward a school — they helped me find the right one.
What made Style different: The culture. Practices felt like a program, not just another team. The coaches held us to a high standard and treated us like the athletes we wanted to become.
Advice for future Style players: Trust the process. Ask questions. Be coachable. The people at Style want to see you succeed — lean into that.
