Style is the girls elite pathway for players who want to be developed with the next level in mind. We don't just field teams — we build players who are prepared, recruited, and placed in the right college environment.
Our home base is Charlotte and the Carolinas, and our roster reflects that — but players come to Style from across the country. If your daughter has the drive to play college lacrosse, geography doesn’t close the door. Reach out and we’ll talk through fit, logistics, and what makes sense for your family.

Six Things Our Staff Looks For
Open practices serve the same purpose as tryouts — helping place players in the right environment. Staff evaluates each athlete across:
Skill Level
Stick skills, shooting, dodging, and position-specific fundamentals on both sides of the ball.
Athleticism & Potential
Speed, agility, strength, and the physical tools that translate as players grow into the next level.
Game IQ
Reads, decision-making, and the ability to play a smart, situational game in live competition.
Effort & Compete
Motor, intensity, and how an athlete shows up in the moments that matter most — the snaps that separate playing time at the next level.
Coachability
Openness to feedback, willingness to be challenged, and the discipline to apply what’s taught the next time she steps on the field.

The Work That Matters Most Happens Years Before Recruiting.
Style isn’t built around a single tournament weekend or a single recruiting cycle. It’s built around the long arc of a player’s development. The 2027s signing with DI programs today were 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders learning to cradle, pass, and compete years ago. Development is patient, daily, and unglamorous — and it’s where college players are actually made.
