Nearly 100 College Commits Since 2020

Style didn’t just give me club coaches and teammates — they gave me a family. Charlotte Style played a huge role in helping me get recruited. The coaches were always there to help me through every step of the process. They helped me communicate with college coaches and find my dream school. They genuinely cared about me as a player and as a person, and I have never felt so supported in my life.

One moment that really stood out to me was when I was struggling during the recruiting process — my head coach and I went out for coffee just so we could sit down and talk through everything and make a plan for how I could reach my goals. That level of support is something I don’t think many teams offer, and it really showed me that my coaches truly cared about me not just as a player but as a person.

They also never let me settle for a school that I wasn’t completely in love with. They pushed me to find a school that gave me that feeling you should get when you step onto the campus of the place you know you’re supposed to be. What made Charlotte Style different from other clubs is that I could call my coaches at any time if I needed help. They always went out of their way to advocate for me and help me reach my goals. I always tell people I wouldn’t have the same opportunities if I didn’t have Style on my side.

My advice to future Style players: trust the process and take advantage of every opportunity your coaches give you. They know what they’re doing — if you put in the work, they will do everything they can to help you achieve your goals. And don’t close yourself off to a school without giving it a chance. At the beginning of my recruiting year I thought I wanted a big football school with tens of thousands of kids. Now I’m going to a small school in New York and I couldn’t be happier. You’re playing the sport you love — have fun. Celebrate every goal and every ground ball.

I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without Charlotte Style.

What makes Style different is the support by all of the coaches and the individual player development. Style helped me get recruited by having multiple connections with many amazing schools. My coaches also kept great communication with me throughout the whole process, making sure I was prepared and at ease.

Not only did they help me physically, they also helped me mentally by always listening to me with whatever emotions I was feeling. The coaches at Style help you get recruited by pushing you to get better every day at practices and on your own — before recruiting starts. They keep practices intense and fun.

Style also brings back many former Style players to help coach, so it feels like a family — and it pushes you to reach your goals just like the previous girls did. My advice to future Style players: keep your mind open to many different schools, because you never know where you’ll truly fit and where you’ll feel at home. And always remember to have faith in the process — everything happens for a reason.

Style is without a doubt the place to be if you want to go play at the highest level — and be pushed to be the best player you could possibly be. I played for Style all four years of high school, and it was truly such a great experience that I will always be grateful for.

The coaches we have are very qualified and have experience at all different levels of the game. The coaches I had throughout the years pushed me to my full potential through the competitive environment they provided, and worked with me tirelessly through my recruiting process to help get me to my dream school. When things weren’t going my way during my process, they helped me get back on track — editing my highlight videos, reaching out to college coaches, telling me what showcases would be best for me to attend.

To keep it simple: I would not be where I am, nor the player I have become today, if it wasn’t for Style. This program gave me so much, and I truly believe in their mission to provide the best experience for our players.

My experience as a player is why I have come back as a coach the last few years. I believe in what we do here, and I love giving back to the program that gave me so much.

If I had one piece of advice for any current or future Style player, it would be to just be a sponge. Be willing to soak up everything your coaches give you and want to learn something new. Everyone has something great and amazing they bring to the table that you can use to grow.
