Our Philosophy

Placement Over Promises

We believe recruiting works best when players are genuinely developed and honestly represented. Style focuses on preparing athletes to earn their opportunities — on the field, in the classroom, and in how they carry themselves through the process.

A dedicated Director of Recruiting leads that effort, supported by current and former college coaches on staff and on our college advisory board. They enhance and assist the Director of Recruiting — helping open as many doors as possible for our players, making sure each athlete is evaluated properly for the right schools, and preparing players for every step of the recruiting process.

Recruiting Accountability

Players Own It. Staff Guides It.

Recruiting is the player's process — not something done for her. Style players learn to draft their own emails, run their own video review, and own the relationships they build with college coaches. Our staff sits next to that work, not in front of it.

The Player Owns
  • Drafting and sending her own emails to college coaches
  • Building and updating her own film and player profile
  • Replying to coach interest within 24–48 hours
  • Choosing which schools, programs, and visits fit her goals
  • Showing up on the field like every rep matters — because it does
Staff Guides Through
  • Reviewing email drafts, film edits, and outreach lists
  • Calling and texting college coaches to vouch for her work
  • Honest evaluation of best-fit programs — not inflated expectations
  • Recruiting timeline education for the whole family
  • Showing up in the rooms where coaches actually evaluate

The athletes who get recruited are the ones who own the process. Our job is to make sure she has the tools, the room, and the right people behind her when she does.

“My head coach and I went out for coffee just to talk through everything and make a plan. They never let me settle for a school I wasn’t completely in love with.

“When things weren’t going my way during my process, they helped me get back on track — editing my highlight videos, reaching out to college coaches, telling me what showcases would be best for me to attend.

Coaches Who Have Lived It

Most of our staff coach or have coached at the college level. Athletes and families learn recruiting directly from people who walked the same path — and it shows in the results: over 80% of our Elite players go on to play at the next level.

Committed somewhere else?

Committed somewhere — but still thinking about Style?

It happens, and we understand. What fits one year doesn’t always fit the next, and families end up locked into commitments that aren’t working the way they hoped. If your daughter is currently rostered elsewhere and your family is still thinking about Style, reach out directly — we’ll work with you on a solution that respects where she is right now, including flexible payment options, timing, and evaluation arrangements outside our standard window. Conversations are confidential, and there’s no commitment to start one.

Start the Process the Right Way

Meet the staff and see the standard. Complete the Player Interest Form and our team will reach out and invite your daughter to an open practice for the Fall 2026 season.
