Where Your Tuition Goes

Every Dollar, Accounted For

Tuition covers your daughter's full Fall season of training, tournaments, and recruiting support. Here's the breakdown for an Elite roster spot.

Tournament fees38%
Coaching & coaches travel30%
Field & facility18%
Software & insurance7%
Equipment4%
Media & content3%

Tournament fees, coaching & travel, and field time together account for 86% of every Elite tuition dollar. We run lean on overhead so more of your investment lands on the field.

Injured? We've got you.

Season-Ending Injury Credit

If a player is medically cleared out of the season, remaining tuition is applied as a credit toward a future Style season. We don't profit from your daughter's injury.

  • Medical documentation required to activate the credit
  • Credit applies to any future Style tuition within 24 months
  • Credit is non-transferable, but can be used by the same player at a different tier
Rosters are fluid

Players Can Move Between Tiers

Roster movement happens at the discretion of the Director of Lacrosse and coaching staff. If a Select player is ready for Elite, we move her up. If an Elite player needs a different level of development, we move her to Select. Same coaching standards across all tracks.

  • Moving up: family pays the prorated tuition difference
  • Moving down: no refund — difference applies as credit toward next season's tuition
Tuition Policy

A Full Season of Development — Priced as One

Style tuition covers the whole Fall season as a single program fee. Payment plans simply change when you pay — here’s how that works in practice.

What you’re investing in

Tuition pays for your daughter’s spot in the full Style season — coaches, field time, tournaments, recruiting support, and a Fall of development. One fee, one commitment, one season of growth.

How payment plans work

The 3-month plan spreads the season’s program fee across the Fall so families can budget the cost. It changes when you pay, not whether you pay — once a roster spot is accepted, the full tuition is owed.

How we handle exceptions

Season-ending injuries are covered with a credit toward a future Style season (medical documentation required). For mid-season departures unrelated to injury, the roster spot and coaching commitments stay in place and tuition is non-refundable.

Family travel, planned ahead

Families handle their own hotels, flights, and travel to tournaments — tuition covers the program itself. We publish approximate travel costs by tournament once the schedule is finalized so you can plan with real numbers.

Player kit cycle

The player kit (~$120) is a one-time purchase on a two-year cycle, separate from tuition. The Futures reversible (~$30) is sized for our youngest players. If your daughter already has a current kit, no need to repurchase.

Scholarship support

We accept scholarship applications case-by-case. If finances are the only thing keeping your daughter from Style, reach out directly — we’ll find a path that works.

FAQ

Tuition Questions, Answered

When is tuition due?
Once your daughter is offered a roster spot, you have 72 hours to secure the spot with the deposit (or full payment, if you're paying in full). The remaining balance follows your selected plan: due in full at placement, or three monthly auto-payments across the Fall season.
What does the player kit cost and when do I buy it?
The player kit is approximately $120 for Elite and Select, on a two-year cycle — next required kit purchase is Winter 2027. Futures players use a reversible (~$30), sized for our youngest players. Player kit purchases are separate from tuition and are confirmed after roster acceptance.
What's NOT included in tuition?
The player kit, family travel, hotels, flights to tournaments, individual training outside team practices, and any optional add-ons (private lessons, recruiting film services, etc.) are not included in tuition.
Can I switch payment plans after accepting?
Plan changes are considered case-by-case before billing begins. Once auto-pay is active, plan changes are not made mid-season except in unusual circumstances. Reach out before placement is finalized if you need to adjust.
Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
Yes — we accept scholarship applications case-by-case. Reach out at rreyes@stylelacrosse.com and we'll have a private conversation about what your family can manage. Finances should not be the reason a player who belongs here doesn't play.
Why is Futures cheaper than Elite/Select?
Futures is the foundation tier for our youngest players (Classes 2035–2037). It runs ~12 practices and 2 local events — foundation training in a small-sided format — rather than the full tournament travel arc of Elite and Select. Same coaching standards, smaller scope.
