Development Is a Long Process

Futures and Select Aren’t a Holding Pattern — They’re Where It Starts.

Recruiting is years away for most of our players, and that’s the point. Development is a long process, and the players you see committing as 2027s started as 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders — learning to cradle, dodge, and compete long before any college coach was watching. Every tier is built to add the next layer at the right time, so the work compounds across years instead of disappearing between seasons.

Season Structure

A Winter-Through-Fall Season, By Design

Style runs a continuous Winter-through-Fall season. We intentionally keep rosters stable between Summer and Fall so recruiting connections with college coaches carry through without interruption — the same players, the same coaches, in front of the same college eyes.

WIN
Winter
Skill & Strength
Focused skill development, speed and athleticism work, and recruiting preparation.
SPR
Spring
School-Season Support
Individual development and recruiting guidance alongside the high school season.
SUM

Exposure Season

FALL

Train & Compete
Core Elite and Select training and tournament season — the heart of team development.

Stable Summer-to-Fall rosters mean a college coach who saw your daughter in July sees the same player — on the same team — in September.
